Andrew Dualan

A former Active Duty Army Judge Advocate and career military defense attorney dedicated to protecting those who serve.

Andrew Dualan brings firsthand military experience and decades of legal insight to every case he handles. A Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and former Active Duty Judge Advocate, he has served as Defense Counsel, Trial Counsel, and Senior Trial Counsel for the 82d Airborne Division, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the military justice system from every angle.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Andrew has represented thousands of clients in matters ranging from investigations and administrative actions to courts-martial and serious criminal charges. He is known for his preparation, strategic advocacy, and unwavering commitment to protecting the careers, reputations, and futures of service members and civilians alike.
